This was derived from a Dundee Cake recipe, but I have tuned it to remove Candied Peel and Blanched Almonds.

This a favourite.

I love the Spotted Dick version, but Syrup and Jam equivalents are there for the making.

Bread and Butter Pudding

One of my favourites.
Just add English Custard and enjoy.
